Family members with special needs

(Quote)" Compassion is not a religious business, it is human business. It is not luxury, it is essential for our own inner peace and stability, it is essential for human survival."

There are many times in life where we are faced with change. Whether it is ourselves personally, or in this case and what this blog is about; a family member or someone that we care for. The number one offender is getting older. Or sometimes the unexpected happens and our loved ones are faced with physical, mental, and emotional challenges.

Whatever the situation or circumstances may be there are many decisions to be made on the best way to move forward. One of those choices maybe they need to move to a home, community or facility that can offer the type of care needed. There are many steps that need to happen to get your loved one to where they need to go. As a real estate professional; the steps I can help you with are the following:

1. Sell their current home; free up money for a down payment
2. Hold an Estate Sale of items they would like to get rid of
3. Pack up remaining items
4. Help with the transition

I understand this is a difficult and stressful time. I would like to offer my services to you as you move through the process.

If you are a family member or responsible party for an elderly person or a person with special needs who can benefit from moving to an assisted living center, a long-term care facility or simply needs 24-hour care but needs a more conducive living space and needs to sell their current property to use as a down payment please call today for a free consultation.

Sincerely
